With a POD business, designs are digitally printed on demand, allowing for customization and flexibility. Plus, with print on demand services, everything after the sale, from digital printing to order fulfillment and shipping, is handled by our supplier.

Where can I find the status of my order dispatch confirmation email?

Please make sure to check the email account you used to place your order. Your order confirmation email is sent automatically after you place your order. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder and search your email account for your order number or 'Yoga Lovers Gifts'. You will receive your tracking number confirmation email shortly after your order has been shipped.

What payment method do you accept?

We manage PayPal and accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

How can I handle it if my payment didn't go through?

If you are using a credit card and encountering issues, it may be related to your bank. We kindly recommend reaching out to them to address the matter or considering the use of an alternative card or payment method.

I enter the wrong delivery address. What should I do to fix this?

We cannot change your address after your order is placed. Please check that your address is correct during checkout, as you will be responsible for retrieving your order once it's delivered.

 

Returns & Refunds

Can I change my order?

After your order is placed, it will be sent to the print provider for quick processing, ensuring that you receive your product as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been received. Please review your product selection and delivery address carefully before checkout.

Can I return my order?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we don’t accept returns because our products are print-on-demand. After we send it for processing, we can’t make changes. Our products are unique. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or changed your mind. What can I do if my product is damaged?
